Rebecca Martinez

Rebecca started her finance career in 2007, as a trainee management accountant with a rapidly growing waste management and recycling company.  In 2011, she moved to the world of Formula 1, progressing from Management Accountant to Financial Controller. Over the last six years she has gained experience of system implementations, strategic planning, financial forecasting, supplier management, process improvements, and business partnering.

Rebecca applies this experience as XPGroup’s CFO, where she supports the business and her colleagues in achieving further success and growth.  Rebecca has a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Science from the University of Birmingham, and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) in 2010.
